Welcome to RideDeed Technologies. By accessing our platform, participating in our "Stealth Pilot" program, or utilizing our telemetry API, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service.

1. Corporate Identity and Operational Model

RideDeed Technologies operates strictly as a data-aggregation and environmental intelligence layer.

We are a business-to-business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider focused on Scope 3 carbon telemetry routing. We do not operate fleets, we do not employ drivers, and we are not a private hire operator or booking authority. Any physical transport resulting from the use of the RideDeed Eco-Match™ protocol is the sole operational and legal responsibility of the licensed third-party transport providers.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Eco-Match™ algorithm, our carbon asset conversion schemas, the telemetry API structures, and all associated branding are the exclusive intellectual property of RideDeed Technologies. Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized derivation of our schemas is strictly prohibited.

3. Participation in the "Stealth Pilot"

Submission of the Corporate Integration Prospectus does not guarantee participation in the pilot program. RideDeed Technologies reserves the right to select partners based on infrastructure compatibility, strategic alignment, and geographic regulatory requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall RideDeed Technologies be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access or use of our data services or APIs, whether or not the damages were foreseeable and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
